Policies:

Appointment Agreement / Cancellation Policy:

•Rescheduling: To ensure we can accommodate other clients, please reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your original appointment time.

•Cancellation: Kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service cost to the card on file.

•No-Show: If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, a 100% charge of the service cost will be applied to the card on file.

• Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate your service. In such cases, a 100% charge of the service cost will be applied to the card on file.

Refund & Service Expiration Policy:

• There is a strict no refund policy. This policy applies to all services received, products purchased, and gift certificates purchased. This is not negotiable and there is no exception to this policy.

* Deposits are valid for one year from the date they are made. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is refundable, provided it has not expired. Deposits older than one year are non-refundable. Transaction fees will be deducted from refund amount.

• All banked services, packages, specials, deposits and gift certificates purchased expire 12 months, to the day, of the purchase. This is not negotiable and there is no exception to this policy.

Card on file:

GiacMicro & Aesthetics will securely store and charge credit cards on file for future transactions, including fees related to no-shows, rescheduling, late arrivals, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No prior notification is required for these charges. Clients may choose a different payment method at checkout for services rendered.

Booking & Deposit Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are valid for up to one year from the original booking date. After one year, any unused deposit will expire and will not be refunded or credited.

Please note: Your appointment time is not secured until the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not received within 2 hours of receiving this invoice, the appointment request may be canceled and released to other clients.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. When proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within the one-year validity period.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be canceled at our discretion.

No-shows and late arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Refunds

Deposits are refundable only if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and the deposit has not expired. All refunds are subject to transaction fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

We value your time and ask that you respect ours. These policies allow us to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients efficiently.

To ensure optimal results and a sterile environment, we kindly request that you arrange for appropriate childcare during your office appointments, as children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our treatment rooms or reception areas. Our appointments are intricate medical procedures that demand our full focus and attention to detail. Additionally, our clinical protocols do not allow for the presence of children under 12 in our treatment areas.
